Introduction


Service Desk Reporter allows you to report all SLA information from the JIRA Service Desk in a simple and effective way. 

You can get SLA information with parameters not provided by JIRA Service Desk like:

  • Prepare cross project reports
  • Report on Success Ratios grouped by issue fields and date intervals.
  • Define custom start and end dates for your report
  • Report based on SLA Stop Date
  • See goal time, elapsed time and remaining time as separate columns in the report.
  • Export all issues as an Excel file
  • Get the complete report output via REST.
