Success Ratio Report shows the SLA success rate of issues with given filter and date parameters.
Parameters
Group By Fields
You can select system or custom fields in the system to group your success ratio data by. This way, instead of seeing a global success ratio, you can get individual success ratios for different issue types, components etc. You can select up to 10 fields to group by which will produce a multi level grouped report.
Date fields in the Group By selection list will appear as 4 separate options. You can group by the year, month, week or day portion of a date field.
Report Output
With a group selection like above, success ratio will show a report output as shown below:

If no group fields are selected, the report will show a single line with success and breach counts of all issues in the report and a success ratio covering all issues as well:

Excel Export
Excel export is not available for Success Ratio reports at the moment. Export for Success Ratio reports will be introduced in future releases. Contact OBSS support for more information.
