You can color-code rows or cells of your report based on thresholds you define. This feature helps you highlight values that meet certain criteria.
If a report type supports Highlight, you will see the Highlight button on the top-right corner of the report output table.
How to use?
The "Highlight" button opens a panel that allows you to define the highlight rules.
You can define simple rules to just highlight some of the values.
Or you can define multiple rules to give different meaning to different colors.
Notes
The Highlight panel allows you to define up to 10 highlight rules. Each rule can target one or more columns.
- If no column is selected, the rule will apply to all columns in the report.
- Rules are evaluated from top to bottom and row/cell rules are evaluated separately.
- If a row or cell rule matches multiple rows/cells, the rule higher up in the list is applied.
- If a row or cell rule matches multiple rows/cells, the rule higher up in the list is applied.
- A "Row" color rule may be overridden for a specific cell if there is a matching "Cell" rule.
- Highlighting is not available in Expanded, Issue View, and Gadget reports but works for drill-down reports.
