Assignees

By default, Assignee-based reports show all the assignees found in the issues' histories as columns in the report. If there are a high number of assignees, this might cause the report to have too many columns and be hard to read.

The Assignee selection allows the user to select the assignees that will be included in the report and set the display order of assignees.

When no assignees are selected, Time in Status acts as if all assignees are selected and shows columns for all assignees. Even if only one assignee is explicitly selected, TiS includes only that assignee in the report. The total durations for users that take place in issue histories as an assignee but are not selected in the Assignee panel will be shown in a separate column titled Other Users.

Any user that is selected in the Assignees panel but does not take place in issue histories will not be shown in the report output.

Ordering Assignees

The assignee selection panel also allows the user to set the order of columns shown in the report. The user can click the up and down arrow icons next to each user name to change the order of assignees. Other Users and Unassigned columns are always put to the end.

If no users are selected, Time in Status shows the assignees in the order it encounters them when traversing report data. If assignees are explicitly selected, then the order of selection is respected in the report output.
