When authorized by Jira admin, each user will be able to see the delegations configured for him/her and also will be able to define configurations for self.
Each user can access the Delegation Configuration page using the link in the profile menu.
The configuration page works pretty much like it is explained in Configuring Delegations page, but for a single user.
If the user has permission, the link opens the Configure Delegations page that is limited to a single user.
If the user does not have permission for this page, the same link in the profile menu will be displayed but clicking on the link will navigate to an Unauthorized Error page.
The page will display (and allow editing) delegation configurations according to the permissions defined in the Permissions page.
