Export from Baselines Page
Baselines for Confluence allows you to export an entire baseline as well as single pages in baselines.
Please note that this makes it possible to export older versions of pages, which is something Confluence does not provide.
- Open the "Baselines" tab in Space Administration section of your Confluence space.
- You need View Baselines permission to use this tab. If you don't see the Baselines tab or Baselines tab is completely empty, contact your Jira Administrator to get permission.
- On the left column of the screen you will see the list of existing baselined created for that space.
- Click on one of the baselines to see the contents on the right.
- You will see an Export Baseline button on the top right and export icons at the end of each row.
- You need export Baselines permission to use this tab. If you don't see the Export Baselines button or Export icons, contact your Jira Administrator to get permission.
- Click on the Export Baseline button to export all pages in the baseline as a PDF or CSV.
- PDF Export feature uses the PDF export engine provided with Confluence.
- CSV export prepares a CSV file that contains a list of documents in the baseline wih their version numbers, dates and direct URLs. It can be prepared as a comma delimited file or semicolon delimited file.
- Click on the Export icon next to each document row to export the specific version of that page as PDF or download the specific version of the attachment.
To Export Single Pages from Page View Dialog
- Open any Confluence page in your baselined space.
- Click the Show Baselines item in your page's action menu.
- A new window will pop up that shows a list of all baselines that include this page with the page versions included in those baselines.
- Click the export icon at the end of each row to export the version of that page included in that baseline.
- You need export Baselines permission to see the export column an icons. If you don't see the Export column or Export icons, contact your Jira Administrator to get permission.
