Viewing Baselines for a Single Page


A new menu item named "Show Baselines" will be added to each page's action menu when Baselines is installed. 




When clicked, this menu item displays a popup window that shows a list of baselines created in that space that include this page along with the versions of pages that were included in the corresponding baseline.
Using the links in the popup, you can navigate directly to each baseline or each page version. 
Using the export icon, you can export the specific version of that page as PDF.


Comparing Pages

Through this window you can compare any two page versions or compare a page version with the latest version in space. For this, you can use the checkboxes next to page version numbers.

If you select one page version, "Compare page version with latest" button will appear and when clicked will open a new tab that compares the selected page version with the latest version of that page in the space.













If you select two page versions, "Compare selected page versions" button will appear and when clicked will open a new tab that compares the two selected page versions.



Comparing Baselines

Also through this window, you can compare entire baselines that include this page. For this, you can use the checkboxes next to baselines names.

If you select one baseline, "Compare baseline with latest" button will appear and when clicked will open a new tab that compares the contents of the selected baseline with the latest pages in that space.












If you select two baselines, "Compare selected baselines" button will appear and when clicked will open a new tab that compares the contents of the two selected baselines.












Export

Each row in the table also contains an export button that allows the user to export the listed page version as PDF.
